Certified Coaches work for consulting and training firms, they are independent contractors, they are members of a project management office, or they are a manager that wants their people to master Microsoft Project.

The First Step
Complete the MS Master Class and earn an “MS Project Certification of Mastery (MSPCOM)”
The Final Step
We provide everything you need to be an MS Project Master Class certified coach. We have a program of study and preparation and an exam to complete. We provide you with all the completed simulation files and a sample of a completed journal. As a certified Coach, you are edible to receive coaching leads.
There are over 50 Microsoft Project simulations in this MS Project Master Class. A certified coach is given the results of each simulation with a float dialog box that explains what to evaluate in the simulation.
