Become a MS Project Master Class Coach, Trainer, and or Reviewer.

Coaches, Trainers, and Reviewers are certified by the MS Project Master Class by:

  1. Completing the MS Project Master Class and obtaining an “MS Project Certificate of Mastery” (MSPCOM).

  2. Completing the MS Project Master Class Coach, Trainer, and Reviewer course.

2nd, choose your Mastery Journey

There are several ways to take this class. For instance, this Master Class might extend the training workshop you just attended or the college class you are currently taking.

Or, like many people, you purchased the MS Project Master Class Book on Amazon and intend to work through each chapter of the book at your own speed and convenience.

Because this is a Mastery class, none of the journeys you might select are short and fast. All take considerable time, effort, and commitment.

However, if you need to start using Microsoft Project immediately, we have a streamlined Up and Running with Microsoft Project mini-course to get you started. This course will take about eight hours. This course presents 15 Activities (such as Activity 6 – Enter Estimates) across a traditional project life cycle and then provides an overview, in one-page diagrams, of how the Microsoft Project is used. Click the Download button below to review this mini-course.

After purchasing the MS Project Master Class Book, choose one of two journeys.

Journey 1: A Completly Self-Directed Master Class. Systematically work through the Master Class Book and complete all fifteen Activities (chapters) in the Master Class Book or those directly related to Microsoft Project. This Journey can be completed for just the cost of the Amazon MS Project Master Class Book. It's an incredible value.

Journey 2: Self-Directed Master Class with a Coach. Many people greatly benefit, across a wide range of life activities, by finding a coach. We have coaches available to help you proceed through this Master Class. Contact us, and we will put you in touch with a Master Coach.

Typically, working with a coach involves periodically meeting remotely or in person with a Master Class Coach. This coach might be someone certified by us, or it could be anyone who is using these materials to help you on your way to mastering Microsoft Project. A coach might work with you individually or with a small group of project managers. Working with a group would certainly cut costs.

On both Journeys, you will work on your Master Project that is either work-related or personal. One of the goals of this Master Class is that when you have completed all of the reading, exercises, reviews, and exams, you have created an Expert Project.

3rd, start immediately!

Once you have ordered the MS Project Master Class Book and decided on your Master Class Journey, start with the appropriate Activity or chapter in the Master Class Book.

As the student reviews each Activity, Online Applications are provided.
